Terry Naug, the director and company founder has been operating as a real estate agent since 1988.
He is a licensed estate agent in NSW and Queensland and is also a licensed auctioneer conducting over 200 onsite and in rooms auctions. Terry takes a “hands on” approach to marketing properties for his clients co ordinating everything from the advertising and marketing right through details in the negotiation process with continuous feedback being his emphasis.
“Our success is due to our commitment to our past clients” said Terry. “Instead of spending advertising dollars trying to find new business, we invest in our existing client base and they look after us in return by referring business to us. Over 90% of our business is done with previous clients or people who are referred to us.”
